SAN FRANCISCO--Computer intruders are learning to play well with others, and that's bad news for the Internet, according to a panel of law enforcement officials and legal experts speaking at the RSA Conference here Thursday.

"Everyone's gotta eat... if a hacker were to be starving and the mafia or a government handed them untracable amounts of money to buy new computer equipment, etc, what's to stop them from turning it down?"

Ethics,Common Decency,Self-Respect,pretty much the same thing that seperates ordinary people from scumbags in any field. If those arent worth anything to you perhaps, A desire not spend signifigant amounts of time behind bars.....
