Two companies that make digital systems for nuclear power plants have come out against a government proposal that would attach cyber security standards to plant safety systems.

A large part of security is determining access. Both how much does the site need and what is the risk of giving the site access.

Power plants need to communicate with eachother I can buy. Power plants need to browse the web, so that they can read dilbert I dont buy.

Cutting the connection to the internet should solve 99% of their cybersecurity problems.
