Family and colleagues of a Venezuelan security expert known for defacing Web sites under the name "Rafa" have launched a campaign to highlight the one-time vandal's more benevolent acts.

I think this is pretty lame really. I mean, there are alot of people who have done bad and straightened themselves up and became a "good guy", but you still have to face up to what you did when you were a bad guy. I think it is good that this guy turned himself around, but he should have done it sooner before defacing government websites. What makes him different than anyone else who commited a crime and is facing time; the fact that he did a few good deeds?
