young father
Most of the comments seem to be written by adults and parents, and so as a 22 year old father (2 year old son and another on the way), I think that these students have an excellent idea. The parent side of me agrees that they should not be "free from monitoring" as both teens and adults are becoming subject to new tactics of information gathering. Take a look at any of your children's IMs...first thing is "a/s/l". Then my age comes out and I have to say, what is the problem with teaching our children/students about the "clicks and the keys" as we do the "birds and the bees". We ARE responsible for our children, for their actions, AND THEIR KNOWLEDGE.
