I'm affraid your knowledge on the human brain is incrorrect. The human brain develops well pasts the age of 20 and to be able to "reason" the front part which is your frontal lobe cannot function without your central cortex. So in closing some adults even past the age of 20 are no more better knowing than 'teens' in the way of computer knowledge since knowledge is an onward progressive motion. To think otherwise is to assume arrogence.
