Would-be workers need to be more cautious with resume services and posting their personal information online. Online fraudsters and scammers are waiting.

Forget Resumes, how about disclosure of personal information, such as your social security number, PRE-employment. Almost every employer wants to see your SSN on an application or 'run your background' which really means run your credit. What's the use of them having this information if they're NOT going to hire you? I suggest not giving out this type of information until you're filling out a W4 and I9 form, and writing 'available on hire' in the fields requested on employment applications
