This is late to the discussion, but ever heard of 'nerves', and 'fear of public speaking?' Window was not only a penetration tester with @stake, but also associated with the l0pth and other groups of high esteem. That's not to say that Microsoft-proper makes the right decisions when it comes to security. Just coming to the defense of a highly respected friend.
