Software makers stand to lose significant market value whenever a flaw is found in their products, two university researcher said in a paper published on Friday.

i cant believe this. "Hey, this is really bad, when a company make bad product, people start to loose faith in them". In fact, i understand why it make some people nervous, consumer may realise how poor the overall quality of computer related products is.
