Why does almost every article I read have someone quoting something to the extent of "...but just because the attacks are ALL from China, don't be too sure it's someone in China"? It sounds like people are walking on eggshells to NOT accuse the Chinese of industrial espionage as one wise commenter put it, not to mention gov't espionage.

Does anyone know the story of the Sandia Labs and the Guandong hackers stealing government secrets?? I think that got buried pretty well. I wish someone would do something about those things.
