I don't care about how many pleople understands or not the entire scope of this problem, But I can't accept why companies, vendors, security related researchers, etc refuses to accept this as a real problem considering this guy's draft, in wich he propose the SOLUTION to this.

Coming from them, I think that it's a foolish attitude not to implement it as a countermeasure to the leaks in the TCP.
