Rafael Nuñez-Aponte will soon be going home to Caracas after spending seven months in a U.S. jail for compromising a computer belonging to the Department of Defense, but only if the National Aeronautics and Space Administration decides not to pursue charges against him.

Again and again... That guys are fighting the consequences and celebrating the victories one after another - but at the same time the root of the problem is still intact. No, it's not about removing a guilty from that particular defacer - it's about expanding a guilty to the Security Administrators who were protecting that sites. How about punishing 'em too? Because they're too far from innocence in such a cases.
