I have worked with this individual, and know him to be extremely arrogant, self-serving, boastful, and genuinely an ass much of the tim. I don't believe his motives were pure. He was applying to the school. He is playing the martyr roll very well, and making it rough for the legit folks like Adam L, and various Grannik clients, for which I have the utmost respect. I work in this industry, and feel that full disclosure is critical, and true white/gray hats are invaluable. He is just the sort of person to have done this for personal gain and bravado more than anything and not any "purely altruistic" motive. Honestly he's just an immature kid that needs good guidance. Not sure full jailtime is the right answer here, but should have the sh*t scared out of him and learn a lesson. He might be a good kid somewhere waay down under the arrogance. I don't know what the right answer is, but he is not a helplessly pursecuited martyr - just so you folks get all the sides of the story...
