better not link threatcon to these bugs, that would make level 1 meaningless.

anyway, now it is 2...

the endless list of bugs plagueing IE, ActiveX and other Micro$oft components confirm the broken design which is in place.

ActiveX, particularly, is so 90-style... they can't make it reliable on the internet.

Better to dump it.
