SAN FRANCISCO -- The United States' top cybersecurity official renewed calls on Thursday for companies to step up and help the federal government manage threats to critical infrastructure and the Internet.

in other words "we're to stupid to stay ontop of technology". " so you the businesses need to spend your hard earned money to keep us policing the internet even though our taxes are suppose to take care of it as is." If there is a shortage of experts, start converting the normal people who are into this into experts you need? rather then throwing them in jail longer then most murderers. Lets stop this " Bad BOY! go sit in a jail cell for 10 years for being intelligent" bullshit. You want experts, you got a handfuls to choose from.
