Beyond that, if you actually READ the entire article as opposed to picking out bits and pieces (like macheads tend to do), you'd see that Apple claims to have fixed flaws in THEIR drivers, I don't see any mention of third party drivers. He mentions that the flaws existed in other drivers based on those chipsets, but doesn't mention anything about third party drivers (except in regard to the demo). Apple acknowledged the fact that the flaw existed when they claimed to have fixed it.
I'm sick of arguing with Macheads, its rather annoying frankly. Half the time they flap their jaws when they don't know what they are talking about. I had one tell me earlier that Macs had no use for stack and heap protection because stacks and heaps only existed on 'windows based machines' (his words).
