When Kevin Finisterre got his virtual guns handed to him in an online game of Halo 2 last Thursday, he called his opponents on their none-too-subtle hacks that skewed the game in their favor and turned the battle into a rout.

OK I have read all these messages and I just picked this one to reply too. Don't know why. But I agree I get cheated at least 2 or three times a day whether I play 10 games or 40. The more I play the more I get cheated yeah but for some reason it seems like I get cheated more right after I get online. Why I am not sure. I know a little about networking security and all that jazz and what I can concluded is this. All cheaters must have host to cheat which is easily accomplished by bridging from what I have heard and once they have host the use manipulated files to give themselves super powers of some sort. I have never tried to harass these people and therefore haven't reaped any repercussions just leave the game and report them or even finish the game and report them. There isn't any better feeling than beating someone that cheats at there own game. And I don't mean cheating. I HATE cheaters and think they should all rot in hell. It makes fun gaming hard to find. Yes there are some people who are just that good that they can make it seem like they cheat but I am good enough to know when someone is that good. Its called doubleshot or BxR its a hard thing to learn but it will help you get that kill every time if you are good. Though I don't think its required because I ahve beat people that can do both. Neither are cheating in my opinion. Standbying, bridging and hacking are the only real cheats out there. If you aren't good enough to recognize them right away don't report anything. Only report when you are SURE of a cheater. I have personally helped people get banned by reporting cheaters. I have played with cheaters and checked there account status after I report them and whithin a few days they are usually removed from rankings. It work just be polite learn to tell the difference between skill and cheating and have faith in the system I know bungie does everything they can to make it better but all they can do is go by the system so USE IT.
