Generally if they are real hackers or infamous members they use a password recovery tool for the email address that they obtain either through x box support or from the actual tag owner programs like cain and able but the new thing is host booting spreading trojan viruses to as many people as possibe to use thier isp as a way to flood other gamers with millions of PACKETS or LAG THEM OUT, too many packets equals red lighted modems !!! several other cheating methods out there as well stand by, bridging, etc. all usually harmless network manipulation can sometimes take a nasty turn tho so be carefull dont break the law.
