Why is this body questioning the CIO of DHS when he is way down the food chain and not responsible for the information security program for the agency. How about questioning the guy who is appointed by Mr. Chertoff to oversee Cyber Security for the nation which has been a total failure. Assistant Secretary for Cyber Security and Communications Gregory Garcia, who has "Zero" experience in cyber security is who should be under the microscope. Or perhaps another underling by the name of Chief Security Officer (acting), Jerry Williams. All-in-all the governmnetn continues to hire under achievers who possess no experience in the subject matter they are responsible for improving.
