15% approval rating of Congress? Yep.
I find it interesting that these Departments are having simple problems like unauthorized systems being used on the private network intended for business usage. Maybe it's time to start patting these employees down for laptops or PDAs when they walk inside and leave the building to make sure they are only using official government computer equipment.
And don't dare bring that iPhone into work with you! A definite security breach!
