The Problem IS They Need a Joint Task Force 2007-11-05

The First question I have is who are the people on this Blue Ribbon Panel? There are very few skilled and qualified experts in the world in Cyber Security, but there are many Self Proclaimed Cyber Security Experts. What we need is a Joint Cyber Security Task Force consisting of THE BEST from all the agencies (NSA, SS, DHS, FBI, ARMY, NAVY, AF, MARINES. etc....) to effectively handle Cyber Security.
