Hackers have hijacked the Xbox Live account of a celebrity gamer and made off with a prized piece of virtual armor in a brazen act that suggests the online Microsoft service still puts the security of its users at risk.

I have lost my account , to a hacker. Xbox live is no help what so ever. Answered every question and stlll nothing. i logged off and back on and it told me that my account was on another console... answered the security questions and cant get it back , not without nan investigation...
