Legal experts wary of MySpace hacking charges

On October 16, 2006, 13-year-old Megan Meier fled from her family's computer, distraught over the cutting comments of her supposed "friends" on MySpace. Twenty minutes later, the troubled teen was dead; she had hung herself in her closet.

I blogged on this explaining the solid legal foundation for this prosecution based on the law as it exists in the 9th Circuit, which covers California. Finding a lawyer who actually has tried these types of cases on both sides of the issue, battled FBI raids, and argued at the Federal appellate level may give your readers a bit of a more balanced perspective than you get from free speech lawyers and non-practicing law profs.
