TJX employee fired for exposing shoddy security

TJX Companies, the mammoth U.S. retailer whose substandard security led to the world's biggest credit card heist, has fired an employee after he left posts in an online forum that made disturbing claims about security practices at the store where he worked.

Whatever is justified regarding weak passwords, it results in weak security, and ends up biting one in the future.

If the person can't remember a password with a capital letter, at least one number, and 8 characters, then they should go work at McDonalds and stay there.
