A little know fact is that you can't hear what a person is saying if you mouth is open... When I say hear I am talking about listening. You have to go back through your memory and recall what the sounds they made were and turn those back into a voice of information.

The act of not lisening on a subject makes you close minded on that subject. We in no way shape or form should have people who are close minded representing anything on the subject they are close minded about. If you can't listen then leave the group. PERIOD!! That is how I feel about those you are preparing this document
