However, I do want to clarify one thing: we did not file the warrant for his arrest. The warrant for the arrest was filed by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. We were listed as the victim in the warrant and Alan Howard was specifically named. As I said in the previous post, the GBI made the decision to issue a warrant based on the log that they requested from us and that we provided them. Other than responding to requests from the GBI we had nothing to do with the decision to issue a warrant.
