In the past, one at least had to *look* for script-kiddie level hacking tools. This is the first time I've ever heard of a company basing a business plan on making such a tool user-friendly and *MARKETING* one to the general public and not bothering to tell the people most likely to grab one that snooping somebody else's HD without permission is the online equivalent of going through somebody's unlocked front door and searching his possessions.
If one is a disgruntled employee at a company not terribly aware about security, this is a dream come true.
This is big trouble for ISPs and for the average customer, who is very likely to find his access shut down based on personal firewall intrusion logs. You who are sysadmins should get ready for a flood of *justified* hacking complaints.
