Take anything you hear about this Gary McKinnon person with a large chunk of salt.

The media has stated that his online psuedonym is "solo" -while the real "solo" from the .uk is still at large!

Scanning thousands of IP's for insecure 'RemotelyAnywhere' windows servers is hardly one of the most sophisticated attacks against the US .mil/.gov networks. Even the WANK worm from 1989 is technically more impressive.

Scapegoats taste great with BBQ sauce.
