This story just have the same concept as those news about school shootings. Subseven and guns can be dangerous but they can be more useful and helpful when it's used by a person who knows what he/she's doing.
Subseven is just heavy abused because it's very easy to understand and be able to use the commands. Also it's a known fact that high percent of Subseven's users are composed of high percent of young teenagers and others who has limited skills and knowledge.
Subseven can be used just like any 3rd party programs such as Norton's PCAnywhere or others.
