Freedom?
Apparently John believes that Verio should not have the freedom to offer internet service at whatever terms they can acquire customers, or that HE should have the freedom to break the terms of a contract that he agreed to.
There are plenty of "new" and "hard" problems on the internet, but securing an email relay is not one of them.
