What censorship is there? The mail server wasnt filtered because of email content, or anything that it said or who it was said too. It was filtered because of potentional network problems, security issues, and abusive behavior. If a Telco knows of potentional problems, i.e. a customer abusing their services, they will pull the plug (depending on how extreme the abuse is). They dont need a court order to do that, they are a business, they can deny further service to a customer if they wish. Cable companies can pull the plug on those who are getting free cable services. Power and water companies can get rid of a customer who tamper with their meters. Drivers can have their license taken away for abusing the laws of the road. ISPs can and should be able to get rid of customers who abuse their services.
