FELONOUS DEA Data Thief Sentenced to PITIFUL 27 Months 2002-12-18

What a tragedy for those that have been investigated and cleared of suspition after YEARS of expensive and emotionally painful process; this guy was investigate, charged, tried, and now sentenced as a penalty a measly two years sentence. And the 2 year sentence will likely be comuted.

I am not in favor of drug dealers however I see an inequity in our felons. A drug dealer (no matter how big or small) will be automatically sentenced to LIFE in prison, whereas this guy who was proven in court to have provide information to criminals that compromised the security of other DEA agents and private citizens gets TWO YEARS.

Something is wrong with our justice system that allows this person to not be tried as a treasonous rat or at least sentenced to LIFE in prison.
