Feds seek public input on hacker sentencing
Kevin Poulsen, SecurityFocus 2003-01-13

Sick and tired of a revolving door justice system that lets hackers skate with just a few measly years in prison? Or do you think that the courts are already too hard on online miscreants who sometimes go up the creek for longer than many killers?

Feds seek input? 2003-01-13

Fedz ? seeking input in hackers? ? What is a hacker? May it be someone that may use any AI or machinery for evil purposes? ? Computers are meant to be explored ? and if computers were never explored we would never have the sort of technology we have at this moment. They developed the Internet for war reasons. Yet others users complain that there information is being tampered, when yet indeed ? THE LAW DOES IT THERE SELFS ? and when a civilian decides to learn more about AI ? ARTIFICIAL INTELEGENCE ? and goes further into the subject of computers, they get mad and develop a way to take users down or some kind of arrangement? Those are some of the core facts that really need to be looked into. Not how to punish those whore are learning more about the world and exploring their thoughts into computers.

Instead they should treasure such a brain instead of locking it into a cell. Did the user kidnap a human? Did the user inflict pain on flesh? A computer is just a machine not a human. Truthfully speaking if they look for ways to banish and punish those who explore computers, this world may never have a future.
