- Do away with "terrorism" as a legal definition, because there is *NO DIFFERENCE WHATSOEVER* between terrorism and crime.
- Hold companies responsible for securing their resources. As well, if someone is going to be sentenced based solely on what a company says "data is worth", then that value needs to be validated by multiple agencies and 3rd parties, else we have companies who can say that a single network intrusion cost them 100,000,000 and send some 18-year-old kid to the pen for life.
