Canada has no laws for this sort of thing. I seriously think Mafiaboy should be charged as a minor and do at least community service for this. Attacking sites is AGAINST the law and even if Canada doesn't have laws like the US, we pretty much set down the laws for the internet in the US. So I think this kid is pretty lucky to be living in Canada. I guess the message is to the world, "You can break the law if you live in another country"
