This guy better have done something illegal to be picked up by the FBI. How can it be illegal to show the flaws in someones software algorithms? Please put more about this story on the wire, so me and other people can understand where this hacker broke the law. Most security folk are already walking the grey line when dealing with exploits of corporate software products. Obviously either this person really did do something illegal, or Adobe is abusing their power just because someone found crackable loopholes in their software, which should be changed/fixed if there are security vulnerabilities in that software.
