Benjamin Franklin said, "They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." and I agree wholeheartedly.

Ashcroft doesn't care about the constitution; he expects us to waive our rights when he waves our flag. Bush wants a war regardless of what the rest of the world or the American people want. Thumbing his nose at "We the people..." is understandable. After all, WE didn't elect him, the Supreme Court did. But...to ignore the rest of the civilized world puts our country and "We the people..." in a very precarious position.

To have no say in any of these actions is to ignore the constitution and NOBODY SEEMS TO WANT TO DO ANYTHING!

I, for one, intend to go expat if it goes any further: I refuse to live in the Fascist States of Amerika.
