The shocking bit about this is that Mr. Culp has long been opposed to any degree of full disclosure but until recently

it was never codified in MS (public) written material. With Culp posting his diatribe you can be assured that it went through an approval process. As such this appears to be the party line now with the giant in Redmond, for what good it will do. How long until this party line get's communicated to their lobby on Capitol Hill? This does not bode well for the rest of us in the security community if they attempt to forgo secure product development for legislating full disclosure.
