Microsoft is pushing "Trusted Computing" initiative to make your unsecured Microsoft products secure. It seems that Microsoft will be "Trusted" by your network because it is their product. But does this give us cause for worries about espionage by Microsoft to have possible access to your network?

It has been well talked about that Microsoft components access the internet and send highly encrypted data back to Redmond from every machine running 95/ME/NT/2k/XP operating systems. If you recall a story of a Japanese company was going to sue Microsoft over these data packets being sent from a machine doing "proprietary development" for a new

product. The news at the time was that they said these packets were very encrypted and being sent to an IP address belonging to Microsoft. After the initial news story there was no other information published on it. Don't you think that is strange. Remember the best way to compromise a firewall is from the inside. Trojans are the best tool for

this job. Once installed on a local computer in any corporation or home it can tunnel out through your firewall with easy. Most people and corporations do not secure the data going out their network.. Now I have to ask this question. Has Microsoft turned their operating system

into a trojan?

With the new XP registration and they way updates are being done now days they are keeping current records of what is on your system. What information are they pulling off your system when this registration or update occurs. In their EULA with you accept says they can suck anything off your system as they deem necessary, minus all the legal *bs*. I do not see in any of their EULA or "CONTRACTs" that you accept where it states what information was requested from your system and what it might be used for. Does anyone really know? If you recall that incident where someone found a "CIA" registry key in 1999's NT4 product. It is obvious that Microsoft and the CIA have a joint

"partnership" program that allows both of them to access your computer data. This is no conspiracy this is spying and espionage at its best and Big Brother enjoys every bit of it..

So is Windows a Trojan? Maybe they are making a buck from selling your computer information to the government like everyone else does.

An added note, have you heard of Magic Latern? It is a CIA tool similar to Back Orifice. Yes, the supposed good guys are using hacker tools and programs to be placed on your computer for addition spying. There is another name for this program as well called D.I.R.T. See link:

You will find it interesting that companys like CODEX Data Systems who produce stealth "trojans and worms" for "Law Enforcement". They would like to Enforce their Law upon you via the illegal system software. They can produce and distribute what would get your standard person thrown in jail. If it kind of interesting. Check out the article on

"dirty-lantern.htm" and "DIRT-bags.htm". See the truth and it will set you free unless they claim it to be hate-speech then they might shut you up for a while.
