Furthermore, they could pick one firewall package and offer the support to their customers for a reasonble price. Most people would be willing to pay for this support if they knew the dangers of not taking proper security precautions.
And you know as well as I do that Zone Alarm does not need to be completely uninstalled to do some basic troubleshooting. The ISP could ask that you disable the firewall for troubleshooting. Unistalling should be regarded as a last resort.
