Guys come on. Stop the insane spinning. Reality is that these guys lived in caves. At most they might be comparible to a script kid. Stop giving them credit where they don't deserve it. In fact they are being more effective disrupting society through FUD than actually doing anything.
As for SCADA, those of us in the know and those of us who do security on SCADA networks know that for one they aren't publicly accessable and that the only threat to those networks/systems is from the employees working on them. So essentially infrastructure organizations (utilities) should only have to re-evaluate their hr practices. SCADA for the most part has more sanity checks than a NASA launch so the little people don't have to worry so much.
