For congress to blame the anti-virus industry for "allowing" this to happen is ludicrous and shows the technological ignorance of the very politicians who want to leglislate the Internet.

Blaming the anti-virus industry for not having anticipated and blocked this attack is like blaming the manufacturer of surveilance cameras for not stopping a bank robbery.

Put the blame for this one where it belongs:

1. With the users who were stupid enough to click on the attachment

2. With Microsoft for putting bells and whistles ahead of security in their software design
