What makes you think they care about doubling that given the fact that they've already decided to replace skilled labor with indentured servants, i.e. the adional visas, and given that echelon can basically

track anything and with off-the-shelf TextFinder chips, not to mention any

classified versions of those chips, sort the text in real-time?
