As a Mafia hit-man, I am overjoyed at the prospect of easy access to the personal data of millions of people. It's wonderful that the centralized databases are created in spite of a track record of abuse and misappropriation of this information. I think we can all sleep more safely at night in the knowledge that ethically flexible private investigation businesses will only supply this data for the purposes of industrial espionage and organised crime, and never for terrorism.
