A good Samaritan has trouble getting the attention of a fashion retailer leaking customer credit card numbers. Should reporting security holes in e-commerce sites be easier?

Businesses today don't want to have any contact with people. They won't give any kind of valid email address on their web sites. You can't call and expect to talk to a human being, all you get is voice mail. I hate that those who choose to do business with these companies are being inconvenienced but as for the companies themselves, I have no sympathy for them at all. If it is to much trouble for them to deal human to human then they shouldn't be in business in the first place.
