Well gee that's great but.....

The moment everybody starts implementing encryption over their voice communications, the FBI and friends are going to make the argument that only people with something to hide (i.e. criminals) need use encryption. One court order later and you're going to be handing over your private key. Don't feel like cooperating? Automatic prison sentence of two years - if this sounds far fetched, well it's already the law here in the UK.
