Actually he makes a somewhat valid point. There is no provision in the english language to allow one's name to be spelled in all capital letters. And yet government agencies insist on doing so. Is the entity JEROME HECKENKAMP the same as Jerome Heckenkamp? Proper english would say no, since names are to be written in the latter way, not the former.
