Capitalization DOES NOT affect the spelling, nor pronunciation of the young man's name. Therefore, whether I type it Dipshit Knight or DIPSHIT KNIGHT, the individual's name is still intact using the Roman alphabet inherited by the English language.

Legal documents use all uppercase for the very fact that lowercase letters, in certain fonts, can be unrecognizable (e.g. 'l' (lowercase 'L') and 'I' (uppercase 'I').

If I were the judge, I would have him analyzed by a psychiatrist to see if he's sane...based on this article, I'd say he wasn't!
