His company is selling products for security professionals, yet security professionals must sell to be able to buy his products. He might not understand this as his company doesn't actually provide any service, other than support. Our first customer would not have been won if asked permission...instead we provided proof with a remote control screen capture of a domain controller accessed from my house. Had we asked we would have been politely told "I don't think so". This is because people do not believe that they are at risk when merely asked. But when you waltz in with hard proof they tend to take notice.
Renum must be sleeping with the Microsoft gang...this is surely what they wish see. If their wish is granted it will soon be illegal to take a look on either end. Then Microsoft can save themselves embarassment from hiring poor programmers to heap more code on top of their Yugo of an OS.
