Well isn't this a bitch. LAMO gets to hack into companies gather all the information that he wants (for whatever reason!!!) a then gets to walk away with the confidence that he is not going to jail for his actions. I bet that Kevin Mitnick wishes this were the way the law was wrote. Hell, one better, why don't we all just start CRACKING into companies and pilfer through their most trusted secrets for a few weeks and then instead of selling them to our friends for a profit we can just tell the companies that we found an exploit that exposes their network.
