If my understanding is correct, this argument only applies to the IT staff of the DoD contractor. This makes no sense what so ever. I have done work with several local aerospace companies that contract with the DoD, and the IS dept is not the only department employing foreign nationals. What about foreign nationals who are project leaders AND have direct access to any and all electronic information regarding their project. Its like the CEO of a bank worrying so much about the security guard at the door, that he forgets about the bank manager with the keys and codes to the vault. If the DoD is so worried about foreign nationals, then maybe they should get on the INS about fixing the kninks in the VISA application screening process.
